This policy outlines how we ship your product to your door. Please note we currently only deliver to the United Kingdom and we do not sell overseas. Any purchases with an overseas delivery address will be cancelled and money refunded in full. For more information please refer to our ‘Returns and Refunds’ policy.

Order Processing
All our products are hand crafted and therefore there may be a delay in your orders processing time if the product you have ordered is out of stock. Please allow up to 10 days for any product that needs to be formulated. Please allow up to 3 days for any orders processing whereby the product is in stock. We will however aim to process your order within 24hrs.
We will always make it very clear on our website whether or not a product is in stock. You can find this information on our online store when you click on the product you wish to purchase. This will take you to the product page where you will find all product information and its availability.
In the event of any delays that are out of our control such as supplier ingredients stock, we will notify you via e-mail with the reason for the delay and the estimated time to rectification.

Delivery within the United Kingdom
During checkout please ensure you enter a delivery address for your product to be sent to. To avoid delays ensure the delivery address is correct. We will endeavour to process and ship your order as soon as we can and will contact you as soon as we have shipped your order.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Please note we use Royal Mail for all our deliveries and therefore delivery times and dates are subject to Royal Mail’s delivery times upon receipt of your parcel.

Deliveries Overseas
We do not currently ship products overseas and therefore any orders placed with an overseas delivery address will have to be cancelled and your money refunded in the event that your payment has gone through.
